When Adventure Alley opened in September 2025, it entered one of the most competitive categories in the Greater Toronto Area: Family Entertainment. As a new indoor playground, they needed to be easy to find, easy to book, and visible at the exact moment families were searching for family activities.
That is where Google Ads came in.
Over seven months, we helped Adventure Alley build awareness, drive both play and birthday party bookings, and turn its Google Ads into a measurable growth channel. In August 2026, the campaign achieved a 2,112.17% ROAS, meaning the business generated $21.12 in revenue for every $1 spent on ads.

Client: Adventure Alley
Opened in 2025, Adventure Alley is a 6,700 sq. ft. nature-inspired indoor playscape located in the Greater Toronto Area for children ages 1–12, featuring multi-level play structures, dedicated toddler and sensory zones, and two dedicated party rooms.
The Challenge:
How could we increase play & birthday bookings for this new indoor playground with many competitors in the same market? Awareness would need to be built from the ground up, while driving Play and Birthday Bookings with a sustainable Return on Ad Spend.
Our Approach:
We started by targeting our Google Ads to a 5km radius around Adventure Alley to reach nearby families with real intent to visit. From there, we used a ‘Maximize Conversions Bidding Strategy’ to give Google Ads the necessary data to prioritize Adventure Alley's ideal customer who was most likely to purchase a play or party booking. We also continuously reviewed search terms, paused costly keywords that were not producing bookings, and tested variations on ad copy and creative.
A key improvement to the campaign was the addition of dynamic price tracking, which connected Adventure Alley’s booking portals to Google Ads, allowing Google to see the actual amount of revenue generated by booking conversions. This, in turn, increased the quality of data Google Ads needed to prospect customers similar to previous successful customer conversions.
As the campaign progressed, we continued to further optimize the campaign by targeting keywords with proven high ‘Click-Through Rates’ (CTR) and monitoring conversion rates, leading us to achieve a 21x ‘Return on Ad Spend’ (ROAS).
Results on Google Ads:
These results significantly outperformed typical entertainment-industry benchmarks, proving the value of local targeting, ongoing optimization, and accurate conversion-value tracking.

The Takeaway
